How to stop building the future

The United States has the world’s second-largest population, but is building a smaller one, according to a new report by the National Association of Home Builders.

A report by NABB, a trade group representing more than 1,500 homebuilders, found that the country has the smallest number of homes built per capita since the 1940s.

The United Kingdom, meanwhile, has nearly 3,000 per capita homes, and Germany has about 3,400.

The new report finds that Americans are building homes at the slowest rate since the 1960s.

According to NABK, which is a trade association representing homebuilders and contractors, the number of new home starts has declined every year since 2006.

Since 2006, the annual rate of new homes built has dropped from 7.5 percent to 3.9 percent.

The number of people who want to buy homes is declining too.

Between 2005 and 2016, the median age of first-time buyers rose from 29 to 34.

NABBA says that the average age of buyers increased by five years from 31 to 34 from 2000 to 2015.

The NABBB also notes that Americans who are not in the workforce have been building homes faster than ever.

They are building about 6.4 million new homes in 2017, compared with 3.5 million in the decade from 1990 to 2010, according a recent report from NABMB.

The American people are also building more affordable homes, which NABBR says is “likely due to their increasing reliance on higher-priced rental housing.”

However, they have also built fewer homes in general.

The National Association for Home Building said that in 2017 there were 1.6 million fewer homes for sale than a year earlier, a decline of nearly 30 percent.

NabB says that “most builders are continuing to make modest capital improvements, but more are undertaking major repairs and replacing older homes.”

It adds that the number and cost of capital repairs has increased at a rate that is “significantly higher” than in previous decades.

The report also finds that the median home price in the United States is down 5.7 percent since 2016.

The median home sale price has fallen 11.9 million since the end of 2016, a decrease of more than 20 percent.

Home prices in New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Houston, Seattle, Denver, Dallas and Portland are also lower than they were a year ago.

According a recent survey of homebuilders by the Home BuildERS Association, nearly 60 percent of the respondents said that they would continue to work on projects even if they could not build enough new homes.

The average price for a new home sold in 2017 was $174,600, a 7.9-percent drop from 2016.

But NABBU says that a third of the new homes that are sold are for less than $200,000.

NARBU says the number-one reason for the low price of new construction is that the “most popular method of building a home in the country is for younger buyers, as young people typically build more of their own homes than older buyers.”
